UAE to label genetically modified foods!

Laboratories in Abu Dhabi and Dubai will ensure All genetically modified foods will be analyzed and tested in laboratories in Dubai and Abu Dhabi before they are allowed into UAE markets, senior officials told Gulf News.

The foods will also carry labels that show they are partially or totally processed from genetically engineered products.
